Could someone please advice me how to construct an AVR for A/C
generators 15 KVA to 150 KVA of roating diodes. Any help on this
mattter will be appreciated. (including notes, circuit diagram etc)

With a PIC and some PID algorithm ?
The more current you push through the field
coil, the higher the voltage.
