Arduino Camera VGA Display on LCD?

Hi, so I have an arduino LCD TFT touch screen, and I am looking into getting one of the arduino VGA cameras. I was wondering if it is possible to display the camera VGA onto my LCD. Any ideas?

It is possible, but there are big limitations when it comes to resolution and fps.
