Anyone ever use ROHM semiconductors?

I was looking through the selection at Digikey, and I noticed they
seem to run about 20 to thirty percent cheaper then comparable Mosfets
from major manufacturers like Fairchild, IR etc. Is there a reason?

Can anyone speak to the reliability of their FETS are they good, bad?
