Hi,currently iam working with analog to digital converter CS5532BSZ. The problem with this IC is digital count is varying unnecessarily. if replaced that problem IC with another new same IC, then woking fine but after some time same problem is repeating.so please help me to configure this ic without any failures.

it's probably stray noise on the input ... all related to your construction
