if you don't need the exact replacment than use a AT89C2052 or
AT89C4051. 20 pin package, more ram

How about the Atmel 89C55WD part?

You might have to paste the above together, but it looks like the
classic MCS-51 core with FLASH and a watch dog.....

The Philips 87C751 was a one-time-programmable 1k, 64byte ram,
no second source micro. 22 pin dil .3" package. worked with it.
So a direct rplacment is not possible. To stay within board dimension
you need to make a adapter and use the AT89C2051 or for more program
space use the AT89C4051. You get 128 bytes ram and flash memory, not
OTP.

The compatibility problem is that the 87C751 2K 24 pin dil.
For not change the hardware and not make an adapter I search a 2K 24 pin
dil, for other specification I need a classic 51, no special featurs is
necessary.

You're right, my dislexia kicked in and for some reason my brain was
seeing 87C51. Probably because I was looking for a second source/drop
in replacement for the 89C55WD for a customer and that older IC was on
their "possible" list (why, I'm not sure...pretty pricey now).
