Akai VS G10 VCR Channel Tuning

I accidentally deleted one of the channels on this old model VCR and don't
have a manual to re-tune it. I remember it had something to do with holding
down one of the buttons for 2 sec. or two buttons, but everything I have
tried so far didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds like it. Have only done it once before myself as it belonged to
