ADSL Line Filter Circuit

Needing multiple phone line filters for an ADSL line, I was wondering if it
would be more economical to build them from components. Does anyone here
know what is inside them or have a simple circuit diagram?

It can't possibly be easier to build them, these things are dirt cheap,
usually the phone company gives them to you.

If you can get to the phone line connection block, it is usually fairly
simple to rearrange connections so that the ADSL socket gets "straight
through" and all the others can then be run through one filter.
