If I recall correctly the rear ground floor flat next to fenceline is the
only flat in the entire building with security grills fitted. Is it all

But as Phil is only renting the flat, I doubt if he would go to the expense
of having them fitted. Of course, they may have already been fitted prior
to him moving from the block in Lackey St. by the owner.

I remember reading somewhere where he said he didn't have a mortgage. Is
that code for saying "I pay rent" like below ....
