update file for the oscilloscope Hantec dso 5102p?
I downloaded the file on the Hantec company page, but the oscilloscope does not see it when I insert it from a flash drive.

From my Hantek DSO5672P in the DSO5000P manual:

Push the UTILITY button to display the Utility Menu as follows:
Options: Update Program:

Insert a USB disk with upgrade program and the disk icon at the top left corner is
highlighted. Press the Update Program button and the Software Upgrade dialog
pops up. Push F6 to upgrade or push F2 to cancel.

many thanks! there is a problem .. I lost the disk that was with the oscilloscope. I downloaded the update on the Hantec website, opened the zip file .. there was an UP file. o I could not find a program on the Internet to open and view it. downloaded to a USB flash drive and tried to load it by inserting it into the oscilloscope. the oscilloscope wrote that there was no file.

Does the file need to be zipped?

Which file system do you use on the USB stick? The scope may not recognize e.g. NFTS, APFS etc. Use FAT or FAT32, that should be readable.
Or format the USB stick from the scope's menu, that definitely should create an accessible file system.

I formatted the USB flash drive on my computer in FATl 32 .After that, I wrote the update file from the Hantec website to it.
the file was unzipped by me before writing to a USB stick. I knew about it
