Just confirm the Pick-up switching sequence that you were experiencing on the old unit.
Also, its not being so clear in the photo . . . . . of that area which I highlighted in
PINK.
It seems that the other person just came in with the Pick-up 1 lead and used Lug
BLUE A as a
tie point , and that he then jumped over and connected to
RED C and finally jumped over to
RED A.
There is one heck of a BUNCH of Casper Pee Clodd's drop solder blobbing, utilized in the making up of those connections. . A to C to A.
The separate extremes of the amp and 2 head pick up cables ground shielding just ends at their ends with individual grounding being accomplished back at the source of those cables.
In that way, no unwanted ground loops will be introduced.
