Anyone knows what semiconductor (s) is equivalent to the 2sci1969? I write 'semiconductors'so also parallel power semiconductors will do.

are you sure you have read the Part # correctly ?
2SC1969 would be a standard transistor marking .... never heard of one with an "I" in it

can you show a photo please ?

The 2SC1969 appears to be one of the many RF power transistors used in linear amplifiers to boost power to the antenna in the 27 MHz "Citizen's Band," usually considerably above the "legal limit" allowed. These linear amps were often called "foot warmers" by the long-haul, over-the-road truckers who attached the illegal linears to their CB transmitter.

Gotta wonder what the OP has in mind for using this particular device.
