24v auto relay changeover ???

hi
need help please i have a 24v 9 40amps) marine electric outboard engine, contolled by multi position switch,
5 forward / netural / 3 reverse positions, the thing is i need to run another motor of the same switch,
just to double up wiring would result in burning out the swich contacts, i know how wire up a relay to take away the load for the second motor for say forward switch postions, but for reverse the polartiy
changes, so it acts as a brake, initially is this posible using one relay, hope this makes sense ish

You need to make out the following yourself:

• Wiring diagram
• Set up a complete map with the connection between each wiring terminal against the others.

To help you with the diagram:
Kontaktdiagram = contact diagram
Hauptkontakt = main contact
AUS = off
EIN = on
Hilfskontakte = auxiliary contacts
Startpos. = starting position
Endpos. = final position
Isolationsdistanz = isolation distance
