So have you calculated the reactance (X) for the L and C components? That would be a good place to start.

Then the impedance of each leg would be Z1=R1+X1, Z2=R2+X2. I1=V/Z1 and I2=V/Z2. So I1 and I2 are each phasor currents with I=I1+I2. Does that suggest a phasor diagram to find I? In order to answer the power questions, begin by finding the magnitude of the phasor currents I, I1, I2.
