Has anyone had much experience with this chip? What is your opinion of it?

I've currently got 3 boards with 18F452s on each of 'em. I find it to
be a most capable part. The extra program space helps out if you need
it. Just be careful if you're using a C compiler and trying to get
the thing to do i2c in anything but the most basic of applications.

I am using HI-TECH PICC-18 with the 18F452 and I2C-attached EEPROM and
Sensirion SHT-11 temp/humidity sensor (even with its "bastardized" I2C
implementation). No problems here. Perhaps that falls into the "most
basic" category. What should I be expecting for more complex I2C
applications?

Thanks,
