120vac to 0-90vdc motor drive

So I connected a smaller 12v motor nothing happened when pot low so I varied it up slowly and boom about mid way it applied full volts and below up motor and blew fuse... I'm pretty sure u don't need motor or load connected to see output voltage change...

Okay just mark this one [Solved] in the title of the first post.

No sorry its not solved my typing was wrong. The motor blew up it was only a 12/24v motor and like I was saying the voltage at the output doesn't adjust so basically 65v went to the motor and fried it .
Might just have to call it quits.

Explains, to me at least, there is additional control elements which connect to D5 and D6.
