Xbox One S Controller Repair

I recently took apart my Xbox one s controller to fix a broken D-pad, but when putting the controller back together I tried unplugging a wire from it's connector and instead of it unplugging, it pulled it off the board itself. I have uploaded some pics of what I'm talking about. Any help or advice would be great. I'm fairly new to electronics and I'm not sure on how to fix this issue.15343512470359042490756418918887.jpg 15343512790068873845346479250798.jpg

Looks like it could be soldered back in place - with some careful work......

Do you have a suitable soldering iron? And fine solder? Not a job for the inexperienced I'm afraid.

As of right now I don't own one but I'm sure it can be purchased and completed with some YouTube videos. Thanks

The key soldering area is the 'grey bit' to the left of the * - this is where a part of the PCB track has come away. If the track isn't part of the bit you pulled off you will need to solder a connecting wire across the gap from the end of the connector to the little capacitor close to it.

I'll order an iron and try it. Thanks very much for the help

Looks like there might be 4 points requiring re-attachment.
Do you have a photo of the underside of the plug/socket that was torn off.
Surface cap could be tricky.
