Hi everyone. I wanna litte help from you. I made a digital camera with solar panel and a lence (principle of photo sensor). I want attach it with tv that is scene displaying in tv. How can i attach this. Explain please.

What is your intended resolution, i.e., "panels" per cm^2?

Many years ago, hobbyists used de-capped memory chips for making DIY CCD cameras. More recently, they have used LED's. You may have better luck with one of those approaches.

What do you consider the difference between "make" and "buy?"

You can re-purpose parts from memory devices to make the sensor or use led's as described in the links I gave. If that is not simple enough, then I suggest you consider buying one.
