If you want to know the type of these parts remove the insulating sleeve and look at the lettering imprinted on these components. Don't forget to replace the insulation afterwards.

ok the problem is that this card came from another technician and has not brought these 2 compnentes that are marked on the circuit already sent the photo to the forum

If you don't have those parts (where did they go?) there is no chance of identification from that picture, it simply doesn't provide anything that would even give a clue at the identity of the parts ..
If you want to identify that part, you will need to either source another board and reference that board for the part numbers or find (unlikely) a schematic for the board...
