HI, having a problem with this tv. there are 6 vert lines of white dots in the video, the sound is also affected as it gets static when the amount of white dots increase or decrease. the rest of the video is fine has good color and no other problem. can anyone help me with this? thanks.

as far as i can see, connections o.k.

You need to supply more information. “as far as I can see”. Did you unplug them and reconnect? Have you tried other leads?.
Have you tried other inputs? DVD? Etc.
