Yamaha PSR e 403 not working

When I switch on my Yamaha PSR e 403 blue led of display lights but voice and style button does not light up. Nothing is coming on display and no any button is working.I have checked 12v and 6v ok also I am getting 3.3v 2.5v and5v ok but keyboard not working.please help me to solve this issue

Definitely a power failure somewhere. Do you get any headphone noise? I presume you turned volume up ... Also, checking it on battery power versus AC cord power may be useful.

You could get lucky and find a connector unplugged.
