Yamaha HTR 2064 - Not Powering ON

Hi All,

My Yamaha HTR0-2064 5.1 receiver won't power up by the switch on the
front and Power Transformer relay is not switching ON.

A quick look inside shows everything looking fine verified Fuse and output from secondary transformer to Operation 2 board is working.

Observing 3.3V in Operation board 2.

Found that 10000uF 16V capacitor is gone bad and replaced the capacitor, still no power.

Unable to find the exact problem, Can anyone help me diagnosing the problem.

Got the service manual and unable to find the problem.

I replaced all the ecaps in my 1980 yamaha FM Rx 25yrs ago. still works. Most likely fault.
