Froogle search for 'solar panels' has some 100W listed at $4.24/W

You can sometimes find used or off-spec models under $3/watt.
This is, of course, much more expensive than the $1.66/watt
the original poster was looking for.

I doubt the $3 / watt at this point in time. Try for $4/watt and see what

First, you may write "at this point", or "at this time". But "at this
point in time" is an expression nitwits aren't allowed to use until
they've fully qualified as self-important numbskulls. It's good that
you're ambitious though.

Second, modules are advertised here

for $3.50 a Watt, and laminates (by the pallet) for $2.75. That's
still more than $1.66, but since the OP only needs a couple hundred
Watts, he might call those guys in case they have some cracked stuff
laying around.
