Wiring diagram and other info for generator alternator in Zimbabwe

Hello forum,
I am trying to obtain information related to an old Eurogen alternator. This alternator was imported to Zimbabwe and my parents have been using it for many years. This year there was a problem with the alternator and they are trying to have it repaired. Please see the attached image of the model information. I am trying to obtain a wiring diagram and any service information, such as diagnostics and specs for troubleshooting on rotar and stator, slip rings etc. I am also looking for any specifications for voltage regulation transformers.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thank you for sharing this contact information. I have written to the company. I had only found contact information for another company in Turkey called Eurogen.
