Window mode on scope

Hello,

I have a UNI-TREND UTD2052CL scope and when I try to use the window function to analyse a waveform, it tells me that this function is disabled. Does this mean that there is some other setting that needs turning on/off, or does it mean that this function is not supported on this particular scope ?
