willem programmer pcb repair

hello,sorry if i did post my message in the wrong section.
Ok im repairing a willem pcb 5.0E programmer, which wont powers on, power led off other leds also off i ve uploaded a picture.i could nt find a identical shematics online.
i ve desoldered the db107 bridge recifier and replaced it with a new one, i ve also replaced the L7805 voltage regulator with a new one,it has three capacitors in power section , i forgot were there posistion i have nt made a picture yes stupid mistake.
i ve desoldered the three capacitors
1x 400v 4.7uf
2x 16v 400uf
what i want to know which capacitor should be connected to the L7805 voltage regulator and db107 bridge recifier.

hi bertus,i could nt find what i want on the given link i can t find a shematics of my pcb5.0E either ,
i used my multimeter contnuity to follow the traces of most power area and i ve drew a shematics sorry for the quality.also.
on the shematics there are 3 electrolytic capacitors 2 are 16v 470uf, and 1 is 400v 4.7uf what i need to know where to connect the 400v 4.7uf capacitor to the diode or to the L7805? sorry when i ve desolded the capacitors i hav nt took a picture stupid mistake of my side.
i appreciate your help and thanks.

The PCB seems to be a design of Peter Vis:

He does not show the schematic.
I found a schematic of the 4.5 version:

It looks like there is a switching boost converter on that board.
