Will a 0.5V difference fry my 5V device?

I lost the wall charger for my new bluetooth headset, so I picked up a universal adapter that had the right connector and offered differing outputs. The headphone specs report it needs: Input voltage: DC:+5.0±0.25VA The closest the charger/adapter offers is 4.5. So can anyone tell me if that's close enough or if the difference will likely cause damage to the headset?

If it will be harmful, does anyone know where I can purchase a charger at the right voltage with a 0.75x2.35mm adapter?

Thanks
