Why are Anritsu manuals so hard to locate?

It might seem bizarre, but their service manuals are easier to locate than their operator manuals!

Looking for a manual for MG442A/ML424A/MN415A, AKA an ME447A.

Edit: I'm only after the manuals to see what these devices actually do The observation that the manuals are really hard to find has come after quite some time googling...

All I could find was a PDF blurb from Anritsu for the ML424A and an Anritsu web page for the discontinued MG442A. Maybe whoever sells these devices would sell a few copies of the spec sheet from the manual (if they have the manual). Appears to be very high quality professional test equipment.
