Which wires would be the mic, and which would be the speakers?

Hey, I need to remove the 3.5mm aux connector and solder the mic cables to my logic board, and the speak cables to my logic board. However I have no idea how to distinguish which cables are for what, can someone help me out?

At least, not with that photo! Lets see the other side of the board as well and the ends of the wires....
