Where can I buy high density DRAM chips (not modules)?

T

Hi,

I'm after some narrow (preferably x1) high density (preferably >=64Mb) low cost
DRAM chips of any flavour for some digital audio storage. DRAM chips were
commonplace in the early days of PCs, but now it's all modules, and Google
searches produce so many (false) hits that I don't think I'll ever get through
them. Can anyone short-cut my search by suggesting a manufacturer, part number
or supplier (ideally in Australia)?

Regards,

I don't know who buys the dies from micron, rochester does for TI,
samsung won't have these anymore - might do some quick locating on
EEtimes or EDN websites. BTW, I don't think anyone made x1 64Mb chips,
anyone know?
