Whats a good electric meter ?

I had this awesome auto ranging meter from snap on, can't remember the model, untill a few years ago when it disappeared and have been using this cheesy thing for too long.

Funny but not funny. Kind of a tragedy actually.

Need to upgrade.

Nothing wrong with cheaper range of meters.
It really depends on what catagory meter you require to begin with.
