What Zener diode is this?

I can't identify what type of zener diode on one side is has K64 99 then on the bottom side it has M 642 I think it's a 6 but not sure because the diode is broken.

Yes it's for a corvette C6 AC controller , eg it turns on the car fans, you can see the Zener diode in the front there . looks big eg maybe 1W?

I assume the max voltage for the fans would be 12V maybe 1A?
