what is the best simple free pcb software ?. ive been sent some photos of a device pcb and layout that i would like to replicate but am no good using eagle it is to complicated

yes am going to make the board myself am just having a go with kicad

I use the free software from ExpressPCB for my DIY boards. I found it to be very easy to use.
