what do lines above a pin name mean?

Michael

Hi - in the datasheet for a 74HC244: http://www-
s.ti.com/sc/ds/cd74hc244.pdf there are lines above the two output enable
pins. If my memory serves me correctly - this means that those are active
low. Is that correct? Thanks!
