We have to interface load cell with Plc. So, We need converter circuit for that. Please suggest us circuit diagram or IC for that conversion.

Depending on the PLC, there might be a module you can just purchase to interface with a load cell.

Otherwise, I'd start with Googling, "load cell amplifier". Without more specifics we can't do any better than that.

Check to see if your manuf of PLC has a 4-20ma add on module or unit.
Most load cells use this communication method.

I was thinking more on the lines of the manuf add-on that would be an expansion module of the PLC, many manuf offer different option modules for different interface solutions, this then communicates directly with the PLC memory.
