Does anyone know a 2 phase or 3 phase or 4 phase Hysteretic Controller
for VRM apps(with synchronous rectification,of course)

Hysteretic multiphase cicuits could, by definition, not use the same
output filter cap, unless the hysteritic comparators were gated. This
defeats one of the main purposes of multiphase parallel switchers -
the reduction of filter component size and stress.
If separate current regulators were employed, they would have to be
frequency synchronized, with auxiliary phases slaved.
Where does this 'requirement' arrise, or are you just adding words
unneccessarily to complicate things?
