Voltage amplifier- DAQ

Hello all:

I have a small project but I have some issues and need some help.

A sensor creates a voltage diff between 0-15mV. I want to use a DAQ from National

Instruments http://sine.ni.com/ds/app/doc/p/id/ds-218/lang/en

However, the minimum input is ±1V.

How I can amplifier the voltage to match with the minimum input for DAQ?

I have read some info about op amp, Could you help me with some basic concepts to fulfill my project?

Oh, this is the sensor: http://s.campbellsci.com/documents/us/manuals/li200x.pdf

Thanks.

An opamp is definitely the way to go. Google opamp non-inverting amplifier. All you need is two resistors to set the gain. If you want to use a single supply, be sure to get an opamp with rail-to-rail inputs and outputs.
