Hello.
I've recently designed a voice announcement system around the ISD range
of devices. However, the client has decided that the speech quality is
not good enough. ISD/Winbond devices have a dynamic range that is
comparable with telephone quality.
I'd like to re-design this system using the OKI range of devices but
don't have the time. I'm trying to source an off-the-shelf module that I
can record (or get recorded for me) up to 16 messages - each message
less than 2 seconds long. The module must have an audio amp output (say
max. 2 watts) - triggering and power requirement I'm quite flexible
with.
I have found one source in the UK but they are unable to furnish me with
a suitable module until the end of January 2004.
Can any kind soul reading this suggest alternative supplier and/or
solutions?
