I have a newly installed vista15pcn that won't send a daily test anymore.
Tech support weren't much help. Apparently I'm doing everything right.
The panel called in fine under my test account number for the first few days
after the install. When I changed the account number to the real one, it
stopped calling in but other reports are coming in fine.
In compass, I tried re-setting the time, pressing the 24hr button and
checking that it shows up in the scheduling. It does yet it refuses to send
the e602.
It DOES show in the event log 12hrs later but stn insists they see nothing.
Strange thing is that log shows time but NOT THE DATE.
I guess the next step is the ol' gates cycle power but I hate asking the
customer to do this and costs me to go out there... guess I should though,
likeable chap, but I'm pretty sure he'll pull a connector off a battery lead
