Viewsonic LCD VP230mb monitor power supply board repair

Hi, my VP230mb LCD monitor needs to have the power board (part number m-ms-0808-6676 Power Supply 12/5V/8A 100W (HOAU04F101)) either repaired or replaced. The capacitors are fine, but the integrated circuit needs replacement. Anyone knows where can I purchase the integrated circuit or the complete board? Thanks.

It's unlikely anyone here just happens to have the circuit diagram (and in any case it may have more than 1 IC)

Here is a link to the complete service manual which I googled, it includes all circuit diagrams. The power board is the item labeled "19" in page 80 of the PDF Service manual.
