there is nothing stated about the viewing angle ..... but I's sure you noticed that

so what is your application and why is the viewing/operating angle important ?

As Davenn said, the phototransistor data sheet does not specify the viewing angle, so there is no way any of us can tell you what it is. Here are three ways you can proceed, if viewing angle is important in your application:

1. Contact the manufacturer's application engineers and get guidance from them;
2. Measure the viewing angle yourself; or
3. Pick a different phototransistor, one whose viewing angle is specified on its data sheet.

"Not stated" kind of implies "isn't consistent". Try it and see if it works.
