the video gives you a step by step tutorial how to replace the grinder on a Saeco Vienna.
The machine passes the startup procedure normally, but when trying to make a coffee, nothing happens. The video shows the diagnosis of the fault and the repair.

The video has a german soundtrack, but English subtitles are available on YouTube.
