Varistor 10S271K- Where can I buy from online?

Hi,

Hoping you can help, my friends wife plugged a 110v appliance into 240V and it has fried the Varistor.

Q. This is visibly blown, is there likely to be other damage on the circuit board?

Q. where can I find one mail order please? Is it likely I can find another one in a electronics shop?

I believe this is the same as EPCOS B72210S0271K101. That is a Digi-Key link but many of the major distributors sell them.
