Is there anyone able to obtain the schematic for variable frequency drive on
single phase motor?

It's decidedly non-trivial, and probably not doable for what you can
buy one for on enbay.

The basic idea is to rectify the incoming line, and then use PWM to
synthesise a sine wave at the desired frequency.
It would be quite likely that you'll exceed the cost of a suitable unit
in only the driver transistors you go through finding a circuit that
won't blow them.
