Must be a very low voltage supply . . . like our latest 3.3 and 1.8 VDC supplies . . . . or just a battery powered unit .

I am not sure its form a Hdmi board from a onkyo home Receiver. I can't seem to find any capacitor 22uf @4v can I replace it with a capacitor 22uf @ 16v.

If there is no physical size restraint or lead spacing difference . . . . . 5V . . .6 . . . .or 6.3 VDC are the next closest common values
