Using conductive silver varnish

Has anyone here used the conductive silver varnish sold by Jaycar?
Does it do a good job?
How do you apply it?
Is it difficult to apply?

I would like to know as I got so PCB tracks to repair and I was thinking of
using it.

** I would not trust it to take heat or flexing.

Soldering short tinned copper wires ( component snippings) across any
breaks works.

I have used the Jaycar stuff for mending tracks on membrane switches. The
resistance of the join was a fraction of an ohm, from memory. These tracks
were on plastic film, and soldering was not an option. Fixing the tracks
rescued our high class multimeters we use for product calibration.

I would take Phil's advice - you don't need magic silver fluid, when wire
and solder will give you a reliable, long lasting mend.
