Useful Light Sensor for Human Gesture monitoring (TMG3991 & TSL45315)

Hi, I have two sensors one is light sensor gesture(TMG39931) and another is an ambient light sensor(TSL45315) and I want to use these sensors to detect the human hand gestures?

Anything specific which I should take care while working with Light sensor?

Interesting device. The first one includes a color ambient light sesnsor, so you probably dont need the second.

From a quick scan of the datasheet, it sounds like it can detect motion in four directions. It is up to you to interpret sequences of movements into gestures.

Hopefully, you realize you need a microcontroller and programming to use this.

Yes, I am using the esp32 device and trying to understand the parameters while working on hand gesture but is there any sample or example which can help me out or some theory which will be useful?
