URGENT requirements for Dallas DS80C390FCR or FNR

Does anyone out there use the above chip?

We have a desparate requirement for 50-100 devices immediatley and are
willing to pay premium to get hold of such.

Dallas are currently quoting 18 weeks+ lead time.

We will still place orders with Dallas and can replace your stock when
they come in, but still have this current requirement ASAP.

I have tried all the usual 'grey' market suppliers and most of them
are either out of stock or claim they have stock when it is not the
case.

I would suggest that you find something made by *anyone* other than
Dallas.
Dallas advertises a 5-year warranty on their self-powered RTC "chips"
(modules with moulded in battery) - but they refuse to honour it.
Also, the company advertises a number of ICs that are unobtainable
unless you are rich enough to order thousands and are patient enough to
be made from scratch (which they might not do if you did not order
enough).
An 18 week delay is rather close to the "from scratch" lead time.....
You will find that Maxim is the same shit company.
