You need the same fluid reservoirs that snap on the front of the CRT's that
go with the mod for the PCJ522R. E-mail your FSE, he will have the P/N's or
I could look them up for you tomorrow when I go to work.

It snaps right onto the plastic cover, has an o-ring that seals against the
cover's vent hole, and has a little plastic bag attached to contain fluid.

Hi,

Keep in mind, our shop is Samsung authorized service and have access
to their stuff.

Really need to ID this chassis to code model so we can get schematic
from samsung's service website (for example an samsung monitor Model
number is 763MB, model code is CA17KSBL)

I got this chassis from a arcade box for repair, whole thing is sold
by Andamrio's and their model number for one is GPM-51A and has
correct samsung style serial number.

Successfully got lightbox running after cleaning off coolant &
replaced few inexpensive parts on the green CRT board. This
particular lightbox design is very pleasant to work on. However, the
cause of leaks is still unrepaired because we don't have model code#
to get part numbers to order from Samsung to replace all three
ruptured diaphragms:

On the deflection board printed on it is HCJ-555W and HCJ-655W which
got good hits on google but does not exist in Samsung's service area.
In order to get service manuals, is required to obtain model code #
and then can download the service manuals. Then we can order the
parts.

The reason this whole thing happened is this owner wanted to try to
have us do it instead of ship it all the way to toronto instead of
kingston where owner's arcade is.

The chassis is APT52A.

Here's this series of photos, some of them is 150K, rest is smaller.

Here's a input and pair of switches panel that was iside a cubbyhole
behind a small lockable front panel.

Unusual SMPSes feature:

On this signal processing/micro/etc board you can see empty spaces
where TV parts would be there like tuner, 3D comb etc.

Cheers and thanks very much.

Ampdoc,

Thank you! (scribbling on the paper)

I'll check it out, if no luck, I'll update on this situation and keep
a watch for your replies.

I'm curious how this mod can attach to this openings for the diaphragm
caps. The space between the stamped steel frame and the caps is
small.

Cheers,

Wizard
