Unknown Manufacturer's Logo

Hello All,
I am trying to identify a part for replacement, and I can't find the part number or manufacturer anywhere.
On the 3-pin, TO-220 package, there is a picture of two diodes with common anode to the center pin.
The logo is a cursive HB, or perhaps the H is stylized as an F. I can find neither HB, nor FB, nor FHB.


And the package markings are:
HB 8LSW
FR1003A

Hello,

The original diode you show is from Hornby Electronic.
Alldatasheet only shows the single diode on the website.
From an other manufacturer there is the double diode datasheet available.

alldatasheet.com is safe?! I had seen it a couple times years ago and thought it was an ad flooded pay site. But it's really nice now; manageable ads and free datasheets. Thanks for showing me this new tool Bertus.
