unknown components specs / datasheet

Hello everyone.

I'm looking for information on some unknown components, i suspect these are dual transistors or similar (i could be wrong though), the components are listed below, i also included a brief description and / or the data i could find on the net:

150DT2 (THOMSON / metal can enclosure / 7 pins / dual (?) transistor (??))

TIC60005V (metal can enclosure / 8 pins)

The info i could find on the net was from distributors / retailers of obsolete components, anyway, there were no specifications whatsoever, so i will be most grateful for any relevant info on these (component description, pinout, specifications, spec sheet, datasheet, anything will do).

All I could find on the TIC60005V is that it is an "OPTO_TO39" made by both Toshiba and Texas Instruments.

TIC60005V 8 pin TO39 metal can OPTO? Could it be an opto-triac? Fascinating!
The other device also sounds like a thyristor or triac, just by the name of it, but I never saw them in metal cans before.. 150 might be the voltage and 2 the amperage.
It seems you'll have to measure and test them a little to find out more.
